Beau
Director & Licensed Surveyor
Beau is a Licensed Surveyor and Project Manager with over 14 years’ experience in the industry. He practices cadastral, engineering and construction surveying.
Beau has particular expertise in 3D laser scanning and high precision engineering surveys. Utilising these skills he has worked to deliver major projects across regional South Australia, including BHP Olympic Dam, GFG Whyalla Steelworks and Nyrstar Port Pirie.
Jack
Cadastral & Engineering Surveyor
Jack brings five years of experience to the team, making him a proficient Cadastral and Engineering Surveyor. His noteworthy contributions encompass an impressive range of regional projects, including Olympic Dam SCM21, SA Water WWTP upgrades, Leigh Creek Boundary Redefinition, and locally at the GFG Whyalla Steelworks.
Notably, his expertise shines in utilising the latest technologies, including 3D laser scanning and drones, to efficiently capture every detail of clients’ projects.
Doug
Cadastral & Engineering Surveyor
With seven years at Alexander Symonds, Doug is a Senior Graduate Surveyor specialising in high-precision, UAV, architectural/engineering, and cadastral surveys. As a party leader for nearly four years, he brings both technical expertise and leadership to the team.
Doug’s versatile practice includes 3D laser scanning and construction surveys, contributing to projects like Whyalla Steelworks, Olympic Dam and nationwide Hoyts upgrades. He has significant experience in urban and rural projects across South Australia and Australia. Doug is passionate about finding and driving exceptional outcomes for client projects.
John
Construction Project Manager & Construction Data Management
John is a registered surveyor who has been in the industry for over 22 years. John has worked and helped manage some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, including the Alice Springs to Darwin Railway, Sydney’s M7 Motorway, Port River Bascule Bridges, the RAAF Base at Edinburgh and Superway Segmental Bridges in South Australia.
Whilst many of these projects offered significant challenges, John took them on without hesitation to ensure the best outcome was achieved.
Imogen
Company Projects Administrator
Imogen oversees the administration of the Whyalla office, including staff logistics, records management, liaising with clients and management of accounts.
Imogen moved to South Australia from Northern Ireland in 2010 and has never looked back.
