From graduate surveyors to long-standing technical staff, every member of the Alexander Symonds team is treated with respect and valued. Our workplace environment encourages engagement and challenge through work, knowledge sharing, teamwork, training and self-development, and opportunities for professional advancement.

We’re considerate of the communities and environments that we work within. Ongoing training of all of our people in safe work practices, as well as of our field party leaders in first aid, workzone traffic management and construction industry safety, ensures communities remain safe and experience minimal disruption during our surveying. We feel strongly about minimising our impact on the environment and are committed to a high level of environmental care in the field. Additionally, we’re continually improving our approaches to, and outcomes of, environmental management issues. Our desire to do the right thing every time, and to lead the industry in this area, is backed up by our AS/NZS ISO 14001 environmental certification. We’re one of only a handful of surveying companies in Australia to have achieved this standard.
