| Alice Springs to Darwin Railway |
| Alexander Symonds have carried out detailed topographic surveys of a number of road and railway bridge sites to assist in the design of the Alice Springs to Darwin Railway. As well as the difficulties presented by the physical conditions that come with working in the tropics, the project dealt with the sensitive environmental and Aboriginal heritage issues. |

| Walkley Heights is one of South Australia's most successful residential developments. It combines traditional housing with a comprehensive retirement village development, nursing home and neighbourhood centre. Alexander Symonds have provided cadastral, engineering and construction services to this project. |

| Mawson Lakes is a 3,000 allotment housing development in Adelaide's northern suburbs. | Adelaide Airport |
| Alexander Symonds has been involved with two major projects at the airport. Boundary realignment surveys were carried out as part of the airport runway extension. Prior to that innovative technology was used to facilitate the design for the resurfacing of the main runway and associated taxiways. |

| MOSS Engineering Surveys |
| Surveys of road corridors in accordance with Department of Transport specifications have been undertaken at numerous sites including the Southern Expressway, Kyancutta-Wudinna road, Kimba-Cleve road, Tapleys Hill Road deviation, Rose Park intersection and the South Road-Majors Road intersection. |

| Large Industrial Complex |
| Alexander Symonds has been responsible for the setout, control and monitoring for a vast variety of engineering surveys involving roads, tanks, pipelines and stormwater drainage; and for the property boundary surveys at a large industrial complex. |

| Brooklyn Park |
| This land development, situated on the grounds of the former Salesian
College, involved the creation of approximately sixty residential allotments. Alexander Symond's contribution to this project included the land division planning, the planning appeal process, the engineering survey, the subdivision design and setout. |
